Md Fahim Shahriar

Biography

Md Fahim Shahriar is a visiting researcher/scholar in the Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering at UT Austin. He obtained his master’s degree in mechanical engineering at UT Tyler and bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology. He has been working with Professor Ryosuke Okuno since 2024 on carbon capture and sequestration. His current research focuses on fundamental investigation of carbon capture technologies.
